Captain Jeff Brown

Captain Jeff Brown is a U.S. Coast Guard-Licensed Captain and avid sailor. For years, Captain Jeff has spent countless hours on the ocean. When he’s not enjoying a leisurely trip around the harbor or taking friends out for a spectacular sunset cruise, you can find him participating in one of the many sailing races up and down the coast of Southern California. His boat “Out of the Blue” is a competitive racing boat to say the least — Captain Jeff and his crew have many wins under their belts. When Captain Jeff is not on the water sailing or fishing, he spends time with his family in San Clemente, a neighboring city to Dana Point, where he lives with his wife and two boys, who are also avid ocean lovers.

Captain Bryan Lee

Bryan Lee is a US Coast Guard licensed Captain with many years of sailing experience.  Having spent so much time on the water, he can testify that every day out sailing is a new adventure filled with unforgettable experiences.  He especially loves meeting new people and taking them out on charter sails.  When he's not doing that, he enjoys getting together with friends for a social sail, competing in the Dana Point sailing races, and going out for a sail with his lovely wife, Eileen.  No matter what the occasion, if it involves sailboats and water, you'll be sure to find Captain Bryan there!

Captain Jeff "Alan" Buchman

Captain Jeff "Alan" Buchman has a 50 Ton US Coast Guard Captains license with many years of sailing and fishing experience. He grew up on the east coast spending his summers lobstering and fishing. When he moved to California he achieved a NAUI Master SCUBA Diver certification and contributed as a diver for the Catalina Conservancy (CCD) and the Long Beach Aquarium. Jeff’s main focus these days is sailboat racing and he has participated in iconic races as the N2E, Catalina Island Series, and the C14.2 Nationals.  When he is not racing, Jeff especially loves to take friends out on the ocean to experience the sea lions, large schools of dolphins and whales we see along our California coast. When Captain Jeff is not out on the ocean he enjoys spending time with his family and friends around Lake Mission Viejo (LMVYC).
